Thieves and Fraud

Moved out years ago due to poor management, roaches, mice, garbage pileup, and many more issues. They flat out refused to give me my security deposit back despite there being zero damage to the unit. Unit was thoroughly cleaned before leaving. Attempted to get my deposit back for years now with no actual reply ever given. It's been five years.

Tour/ Application Review

I received a tour from Sara yesterday for a one bedroom apartment and it was super informative! I love the way the buildings are set up and the way the sidewalks give easy access for walking. They give you a packet with renter requirements, so it’s easy to see what you need to apply. The apartments looked in great condition from the outside and I loved the demo apartment I got to see inside for the one bedroom.

Very Helpful, Very kind Management

Ieshia was very helpful and very detailed oriented when explaining all the information needed for me to get an apartment. She took the time to walk me through the neighborhood and show me the unit and I will be moving in soon and I am happy that she’s the manager of this property.

I love it at the Brookville

Ieshia is so nice I have been here since 2008 and this is the best I have been treated since I have been a resident here I love the new office staff.

Amazing services

I have been living here for two years now and I never had any problems. If something stopped working they would always come on time to fix.
