I would give 0 stars if i could. There's mice and roaches. They don't clear the parking lots or salt the sidewalks so your car will get stuck in the winter time. Last spring the grass was knee high before it got mowed. There’s shopping carts and trash everywhere. Snow and rain literally comes through the patio door and into our apartment. The neighbors smoke so many cigarettes inside their apartment it made us and our pets sick. We were harassed and threatened by neighbors to the point that i... was afraid to go outside by myself. When I moved here I had no idea this place was so disgusting but I quickly found out. Upon move in there were gnats everywhere and the place was not move in ready, so I had to spend a extra week cleaning it myself before I moved all my belongings in. Then the landlord didn’t remove the washer and dryer (I had my own set)so they sat side by side for weeks before she came to get it & when she did she left it outside my doorstep. The neighbors are trashy folks and are used to living this way but no... one should be living like this. For months there have been mice invading my home and the management company has done nothing but evade the problem. We have caught 3 in the last week and there have been more. Excellent new management, who care about the tenants and are very responsive. This apartment complex has really been turned around, thank you!

Recently moved in and the new management is great! They have been more than helpful with any requests I have. Affordable and got a washer/dryer with my move in. Would definitely recommend this place.

This place is rat infested. Rats coming through the walls and everything. Trust me I broke my least because of if. Don’t move here!!
