excellent staffing

I've lived at Norton for a year and a half now. I can definitely say the office staff is always helpful and nice. The maintenance team are quick when you put in work orders and make sure everything is working fine after they have completed the work. Overall great community.

Great property & location

I’ve been a resident here only for about 6 months but I truly do love it. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood and everyone is friendly. I’ve only had one instance where I needed to put in a maintenance request and it was taken care of very quickly and the maintenance guy was superb. The location is great as well. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. The bowling alley next door as well is always a fun, quick option too. Overall I have no negatives to say... about the Lofts. Great choice!

Great experience!

I love the Lofts! I have lived here for over a year now and the experience has been terrific. Maintenance is very thorough when is comes to work orders and the leasing staff is always helpful in making sure my needs are met. I will definitely be renewing!
