Great Place
Nice apartments, good neighborhood and has everything close by from banks shopping centers and varies restaurants. The property manager is such a lovely person, very attentive as well, helps you every step of the way with your application, move in and has hard working maintenance guys on property.

Clean, quiet atmosphere
I’ve lived here for 2 years now and absolutely love it! Wanda the property manager does an amazing job caring for the tenants. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Montrose Square Apartments
The rental office staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions
I might have, as well as the maintenance staff keep up on timely repairs as needed. Good location with easy access to freeway and shopping centers and restaurants.
