10/10!!

Myah and Colby are awesome!! Super helpful and sweet! Myah past experienced with leasing office staff hasn’t been super pleasant but everyone at North Park is truly amazing in person and over the phone. Would highly recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking to live in the Polaris area!

Love this apartment complex!!!

Myah and Colby and everyone at the leasing office are truly so wonderful and helpful!! So happy I found this apartment complex in such a nice area, it’s affordable, clean and has ever amenity you could think of!! Special thanks to Myah for all of her help! Truly the sweetest person!!

Love it here!

Northpark Place has been through a lot of changes but with its new management - Champion it has been nothing but amazing. The office staff & maintenance staff are so nice and helpful. The location is right near the highway and has every possible store you’d need within a few miles. They also love pets so that’s a plus! It’s been great living here with Champion.

Think twice about moving

There’s a lot of car brake in and and one of them was mine they won’t do anything or try helping you. Not a good area
