Great Community

This is my second location with Champion and 4th lease. The community manager made it smooth and flawless in the first community for a new resident to Ohio. Over the three years there Brittany and many other made all the effort necessary to make it great. So far at my second community Megan and Riley have been great. The onboarding was quick and she responded to all questions with great help. Overall any maintenance needs were quickly met. When they have community events it's a great way to meet... your neighbors. Bonus coffee whenever and a nice gym.

Great community

Awesome!!

This place is amazing! The community managers were so helpful when: showing me the place, during the leasing process, and everything after that!! The maintenance staff takes great care of the place and are quick to respond. The apartments are basically brand new, I am the first person to live in my unit. The apartment is great: nice appliances, good layout, great kitchen. Plenty of parking, excellent wifi, and a good 24/7 fitness center. Plus it is about from a huge state park (Alum Creek) that... has a large lake and lots of hiking trails. Love it!!!!

Wonderful place to live!

Riley, Jessica, and Brittany have all been extremely welcoming and helpful. This is the most peaceful, clean, and friendly apartment I’ve ever lived at. The 800 sq ft one bedroom provides more than enough space for myself and my cat. The resort style pool is very luxurious and family friendly. I highly recommend the District at Berkshire!

Awesome complex and staff!

The moment I stepped into the leasing office and was greeted by Riley, I knew I had found the perfect place. Her warmth and genuine demeanor immediately made me feel at home. Riley's radiant smile and authenticity were truly refreshing. She took the time to answer all my questions thoughtfully, and as we toured the apartment, she highlighted all the incredible features.

While searching for an apartment, I prayed not only for a great living space but also for a management team that genuinely... cared. The team here exceeded all my expectations—they are absolutely AMAZING and incredibly sincere. I’m so grateful to call The District at Berkshire my home.
