Love it!

I am a new resident and my experience so far has been great. I took over a lease, so I had a lot of questions, and needed a few things, like touch up paint, etc. I worked with Brittany R. and she was outstanding. !She always found time to respond to my emails right away, and take the time to walk me through things until I understood. I love the Club House, and my neighbors are very friendly. Highly recommend!

Super Friendly!

My experience getting into an apartment at Lake Club has been amazing! I am here from out of state working and was referred to this property and I am glad that I was! The management staff here has been very friendly and helpful! I have mainly been working with Brittany who has been so wonderful and attentive to all details, making sure that everything was taken care of and ready upon my arrival. She has definitely made this experience feel more personal and friendly rather than just business and... tenant! I have felt at ease, welcome, and comfortable through this whole experience! Thanks to Brittany and the rest of the management team at Lake Club at Polaris for making this a very easy move and a very pleasant experience!

Great location

Beautiful place to live overall - Meredith and the other staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The property is wonderful and very well maintained. The only issue for me is I don't understand the use of Pioneer Energy Managment for the electric and water bill as there seems to be numerous additional charges ($40 or more monthly) attached to my bill which over a year will definitely add up.
