Paper-Thin Walls and Big Regrets – Avoid If You Value Peace and Quiet
I honestly wish I could give zero stars, but I’m giving one star purely because the staff are polite and seem to mean well.
The walls feel like they’re made of paper — maybe even thinner. You don’t just hear your neighbors, you experience their entire daily routine. Every step, every movement, all day long. If you happen to end up with active neighbors like I did, it’s almost impossible to relax. And if your upstairs neighbor has kids or a dog on top of that… you’ll hear absolutely everything.... Peace and quiet simply don’t exist here. I’ve gotten used to leaving my own apartment just to have some silence.
The appliances are just as disappointing. The dryer barely dries clothes, and the refrigerator doesn’t close properly unless you double-check it every time. The unit feels outdated, and the materials throughout the apartment are cheap and poorly maintained.
Honestly, do not move here. In my experience, this is one of the worst places to live in Columbus. The only reason this isn’t a zero-star review is because of the kindness of the staff.

Ensuring our residents feel safe and comfortable in the community is always our top priority, and we... apologize that the concerns you've shared have affected your daily life.
We understand how frustrating noise disturbances can be. Although it is not uncommon in apartment living to hear your neighbors from time to time due to multiple shared walls, we do have established quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM daily to help keep disturbances to a minimum. That said, we do what we can to help with any concerns brought to our attention, especially if they violate our community guidelines.
