4 Years, Same issues
Updating my review as it has been about 3 years since the prior one. We've currently been Tenants for awhile now and learned quite a few things about living here.
1) Always follow up. If you have work orders or issues in your apartment, you will need to follow up daily in order to have your issues resolved otherwise your tickets will be closed without notice.
2) You are on an island, if you keep to your self and your neighbors, you will enjoy being here due to being one of the most spacious… apartments in the area.
3) Don't get frustrated. If you in anyway give attitude to the main office, you will be blocked and be put on a no contact list with them, even if its about the first part of this review, you have to do the work after the lease is signed.
4) If you keep to your self you will love it here, if you can accept the above issues, you will have no problems, but if you step out of line you will find the apartment complex will ignore you and your issues for a long time coming and you will constantly be drug through the mud by staff.
Edit: This review has been lowered due to the lack of management support at the property and issues with Andy specifically. I do hope we will be able to fix this relationship in the future but I find it very unlikely.Review from Apartments.com
