I've called this community home for several years, and I've been very impressed with the positive changes under the new management team. They are attentive, professional, and consistently quick to respond whenever an issue arises.

One of the standout members of the team is Zach. He is always accessible, communicates clearly, and follows through on concerns in a timely manner. It's refreshing to have a property manager who is genuinely engaged and makes residents feel heard.

We recently moved in in February. It’s been a few months. We have had a couple hiccups here and there with maintenance, but everything got completed. The leasing staff was great through the whole process and the manager. Zach was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We love the gym and we love how close it is to all of downtown activities on the weekend - we highly recommend!

I’ve never seen a complex raise rent, but take away perks and benefits at the same time. Under previous management we had a luxor mail system so when a package arrived it sent you a notification through the app and then would give you a QR code to open the secure mailroom door, but harbor group got rid of that so they could inconvenience their residents. Harbor group also got rid of security for over year as allowed people who didn’t live here to sneak in and trash our common areas, smoke weed,... have weapons. You would see random people running up and down the halls all night in the summer oh and don’t forget about all the homeless people sleeping in the lobby and throughout the building. The apartment is on the small side which is expected when living downtown. It is extremely clean and a great location. The staff is friendly and prompt. Especially Richard our leasing agent. Thanks so much Industry staff.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year and we absolutely love it! For starters the staff is absolutely amazing, all of them. From maintenance (shout out to Alvin and Tad) to the manager (Zach) everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Always asking me how I’m doing and super helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Emails are always responded to almost immediately. I never have to question or worry if someone will get back to me or not. The amenities are great... here. I love the coffee machine and the hot tub. It’s a very dog friendly location, Mackenzie and John are always giving our little guy nice treats! It’s also a nice walking distance to the commons which we all absolutely love. All of my neighbors are super awesome and friendly as well. Whenever our friends come to visit they gawk over our floor to ceiling windows, this was definitely the selling point for us when we first moved in.
