Thus far my experience here has been wonderful! Chloe and Alli have been fantastic in helping us acclimate to our new home. Moving to a new community can be daunting, but the team at The Preston Centre made the entire process seamless from start to finish. From touring to lease signing and move-in day, Chloe and Alli have been exceptionally professional, responsive, and welcoming. The building is quiet, impeccably maintained, and the layouts are well-designed with high-quality finishes and great… natural light. It truly feels like an elevated living experience in a fantastic, convenient location. Highly recommend to anyone looking for refined apartment living in Columbus!

Likes: building aesthetics, gym, pool, the management staff, location, the Preston Park amity, responsiveness to maintenance request, an elevated living experience

Areas for continuous improvement:
- Staying on top of building and surrounding maintenance and making sure all equipment in the amenitiy areas are fully operational. The water dispenser in the gym has been and continues to need a filter change and remotes have been missing from the gym. Perhaps securing the remotes with a flexible… cord may help. Overall , Preston Center Residential community is the best place to live in downtown in my opinion.
