Very Nice

The apartment is very clean and feels new. The neighbors are quiet, and nobody bothers you. There's plenty of parking available at all times of the day and night. It feels safe and secure tucked in back behind Crosswoods, with plenty of light illuminating the building and surrounding areas at night. Rent is incredibly reasonable for this standard of living. No bugs, no rodents, clean grounds. Owners seem to also pick up after their pets which I've seen to be a problem elsewhere.

Would NOT recommend

Management is NEVER available when you need something, it seems like they are never in the office when you call, or even when you have to walk up there to talk to them and it takes days to get in touch with the office sometimes. Management does NOT seem dedicated OR professional AT ALL. Place had bugs and broken dishwasher when we moved in. Fed up with it and ready to move elsewhere.

!!!!BEST APARTMENT!!!!!!!

So the coolest thing is the fresh new smell. So clean and the people are so helpful. My master bedroom has a great walkin closet ( the rep that helped us said "you can put a baby in here to sleep it's so big"). It's funny now we're are having a baby. The Idea is great but not baby in the closet we will leave that for closet monsters that my child will swear she saw!!! No trouble with parking, everything is close we actually live behind a movie theater. There's a mall, grocerie stores and… anything you will need near by. Well guys the best apartment ever awaits you !!!!
