Do your job. The location is awesome, the town home is alright, but your management team is trash. And I’m not saying it’s all Austin and his crew, cause you handed him a mountain of issues, but I’ve experienced minimal improvement since the change. I’m talking about whoever is running the show here, they have clearly made changes to save money at the expense of the quality of your location.

We constantly deal with issues that are simply due to you guys not doing your job. The commercial… trash spots being over used, not closed up and literally a hang out for homeless people.. I got pics and a video of a kind gentleman having a heated conversation with a wall.. You guys have essentially just stopped trying to fix the issues with our town home too, so that’s cool.

But what I want to emphasize is how incredibly stupid this is from a business standpoint. You just spent what I assume is millions on the complex next door, guessing you wanna fill it ASAP. I imagine doing so will get a lot more difficult if people continue (there’s been more negative reviews in the past 3 months than I saw the whole 2 years I frequented the commons) to leave negative reviews about your inability to maintain and run River and Rich.

My advice, DO YOUR JOB. Every Monday someone should do a lap clean up trash, make sure the various dumps are closed and properly kept. If you’re not gonna fix something just say it, stop leaving people wondering if anything will ever happen. When we first talked about living here you had a whole system to track down the people who don’t pick up their dogs poop.. clearly we need to bring that back. Maintenance is great! Super fast, friendly and excellent at what they do...

Downhill 2026 does not feel the same. Changes in groundskeeper and maintenance is not as up to par. Pool is not yet open and looks iffy about opening memorial weekend. No more monthly events either.
