River View at Bexley

Extremely overpriced for NO amenities. No club house. No pool. No communication. Parking is horrendous. Mgt does not enforce the lease requirements. Loud noise, barking Dogs, working on broken down cars. Rent goes up each year with no added features. No benefits for loyal residents and an “I don’t care attitude” !!

Management is stubborn and disrespectful first and foremost. I only got $357 back from my thousand dollar deposit even after it was professionally cleaned, they complained that the cleaning job wasn’t up to their standards even though management told me upon moving in that tenants left the place is looking like trash. My mom and I are professional house cleaners, we cleaned better than any tenant I’m sure Has ever cleaned over there. And they took pictures of a hair in the tub, overspray that… was not done by me the tenant but by their own maintenance, a little drip of purple juice that was on the floor, A little bit of hair that was in the dryer along the door, they charge me for a cracked vanity that was already cracked upon moving in $150, and would not budge on giving me any bit of this money back. Do not even waste your time cleaning this place because you will not get your deposit back no matter how good you clean they will find any little thing wrong. Don’t plan for management to be kind either. I had issues with my neighbors below and I was always made out to be the problem even though they were abusive, loud and smoked drugs. This used to be a very nice condo community until thru in these apartments. They built them very quickly without any thought into parking. People park their cars sideways (looks horrible). They built too many, too close together. The community lost it's charm. The management company is nightmare. Look elsewhere!

The residents here park their cars sideways in front of these garages. Makes the property look very low class of what could be much nicer. Looks like a bunch of hillbillies! Too many cars!

They need to make this a rule to park in the GARAGE NOT SIDEWAYS BLOCKING THE GARAGE(S)FULL OF JUNK !! one person starts parking this way then it is contagious and all of them do!
