Soaked carpet The issue was not resolved and there is a smell now due to the carpet being soaked. I don’t think it was the ac as the maintenance says. There is water all around the hot water tank. And I now have these little bugs flying around.

2nd time living here I have moved in for the second time , I lived here about a year ago and I missed my little apartment! It's very neat and clean, the lease process was easy and I'm glad I'm back! It's a peaceful neighborhood and very close to all of the stores in the area.

Loved living here I loved my little one bedroom apartment. It had plenty of storage and was a very quiet neighborhood. The office staff and maintenance were great! If I move back to the area I'd definitely choose this community.
