just don’t
We have lived here almost 4 years and we have been through 5 leasing managers. They charge you even if you watch a friends pet even if it’s for a short period of time. They continue to raise the price of the washer and dryer’s even though it doesn’t fully dry your clothes and the washers leave a black mark on your lightly colored clothes. The windows are EXTREMELY drafty and they expect you to fix that problem. The heat either works or it doesn’t. There is no in between with the heat. It’s... extremely loud due to the helicopters always flying over as well. Just don’t do it. There are better places for cheaper.

Just don't bother
The property manager will make you feel bad for needing anything at all, the windows are SO drafty, appliances are broken and they won't fix them, cabinets are falling apart, and everything is the cheapest of what they can find. The maintenance guy is nice, but either doesnt know what he is doing, or isn't provided the tools to do the job. They ignore issues and don't communicate with tennants. It's impossible to get service issues even communicated to them. There are places nearby that are... either cheaper or very close in price and MUCH better. Don't even bother here. I plan to move out the second I can.

Seriously, don't move here. If you do just hope that you don't have a serious problem and need something fixed right away because it won't happen. The new management is terrible.
