The neighborhood is nice. But management & lack of communication is absolutely horrible. Not to mention how greedy they are with charging you for anything & everything. Also parking is another story, it’s awful. You have to plan to not leave & be home by 6pm just to secure a parking spot or you’re left parking in the middle of the parking lanes. I can confidently say the biggest issue is bad management. They are extremely unresponsive and rarely address resident concerns. Loud neighbors are a constant problem, no parking due to people who run a car lot using it to fix cars, there is dog waste all over sidewalks and breezeways with no enforcement, and smoking in apartments and kids running up and down stairs is consistently an issue with no real management of it.

Maintenance is the only positive.

I love the apartments but the management is what makes it horrible.

I love the clubhouse and the ladies in the office are so welcoming.

The apartment is great and its in a good location. The only bad is the management. They don't take care of the property. They never follow up on the the action items they send out. They stopped with watering the grass, toys stay left in the grass, common areas are dirty. There is valet trash which is great but people dont put trash in the bins and even when you let them know this info, they dont follow up which leads to trash leaking through the stairs and staining the wood. No grounds person... and if you do see someone doing it, its like once a week. If that.
