How Is This Rating Determined?

Good option for off campus housing

The location of this property is easily one of the best for off campus housing. I was able to live here for my sophomore year and it was the perfect distance from all of my classes. In addition to the location the apartments themselves are great, maintenance does a great job as I've gotten consistent same day repairs when necessary. Definitely is a little expensive but for what I received I have no problem paying that price.
