Broadview 2 at Grandview Heights is a great place to live. The apartment is modern with nice amenities, and the neighborhood is excellent—everything is close by, including coffee shops, restaurants, and daily essentials.

Vanessa, the leasing specialist, has been incredibly helpful from the application process through move-in and beyond, always welcoming and friendly. Charles, the maintenance technician, is very responsive and does a great job with maintenance requests.

Highly recommend for... anyone new to Columbus, with easy access to OSU and nearby neighborhoods like Upper Arlington and the Short North. Read More

If you’re in an apartment facing the large parking lot in front of the building. DO NOT MOVE INTO IT. You will constantly hear unloading trucks, cars revving, people yelling/talking (yes walls are so thin you can hear them talk), music playing, etc. Overall crap quality apartment. Even the shower bench isn’t tilted so the water will just pool there and grow mold, that’s literally shower design 101. Absolute dog sh*t apartment. We were one of the first people to move onto this property after it was built. It was a lovely place to live with excellent management 3 years ago. A new building has opened next door and management has become grossly neglectful to the point where there is no longer an active employee on-site at any given time. There have been repeated incidents where individuals are attempting to break into tenants’ car and expensive bikes have been stolen. We just recently learned that these individuals have... been able to gain access to what are supposed to be secure residential areas, roaming the hallways, and trying to break into tenants homes. Management has been attempting to keep this quiet and not disclosing these incidents to those living here. Tenants are now working with law enforcement and litigators to ensure that future tenants don’t end up in the same situation we’re in. Read More
