It’s pressurizing residents Just a few days back we got emails about rental payment portal change. And are pressurized to complete all the autopay settings on the new platform just few days before the payment due date. It’s pathetic, what of anyone forgot to check this email especially due to the long weekend week?
They would simply forget the new change and the edge folks will send a legal notice to collect more money. These are really unfriendly and rude people. They just get another... opportunity to show their rudeness on the residents. Very pressurized and pathetic experience in this regard.

My refrigerator stopped working I logged my complaint at night, had to leave the house the following morning, and before afternoon I received a notification that the issue had been fixed! I was more than pleased!

Circuit breaker for fridge Kept popping and fridge was out. One of our great maintenance men came in and fixed it in 10 minutes and said I was good to go with new breaker and should have no problems. Always very nice and courteous!
