LOVE!
This is a great community; the staff is excellent, there is security, and if your home has roaches or mice, it's because you're a horrible housekeeper. We love living here.

veryyy bad
This neighborhood has too many cockroaches and occasionally you'll see some mice show up to your house and the gunshots are too much, every few nights you'll hear gunshots here and there. and dont even get me started with the maintenance, they take too long to come, we were freezing for 2 days because our ac broke. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT, YOU'RE BETTER OFF GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.
