I think I speak for everyone when I say we are happy new management has stepped in where the crappy one left off. The new leasing agent Mrs. Sasha is so sweet and helpful and has been a great help with informing me about some of the mishaps that are being corrected. I recently received a email is error and she reassured me it was sent in error. From what I see she had been very proactive and getting things corrected, and is working very hard. She’s such a ray of sunshine and pleasant.

I wish I would have listened to the reviews before moving in. Ive been here for three months and I already can’t wait to move out. The elevator breaks down once a week, maintenance never gets back to you, and even the door to our parking garage has broken. they promised covered parking but my car is only covered by not even a quarter, a majority of my car is still outside. Even after months, I still have not had access to being on the call box and neither has my roommate so we can’t buzz anyone... in. My shower clogs all the time, and when we first moved in our toilet had been running for god knows how long- i had this issue multiple times and my last water bill was almost $200. Someone parked in my spot and they didn’t care at all, refused to tow the person since he left a note on his car asking to call, even though they advertise 24/7 towing. They won’t tow anyone unless the office is open, so it’s completely false. I had no access to the spot I pay to park in for an entire day and all they said was “sorry we would rather try to get ahold of the owner than tow.” The management has switched a few times and the most recent staff are extremely rude and do not care about you at all. The walls are SO THIN I can hear it clear as day whenever someone uses the elevator, vacuums, listens to music, and when my upstairs neighbor does laundry it vibrates my ENTIRE room. I’m a night shift nurse so this is extremely inconvenient. They do not care about you here at all, so at the rate they charge you combined with the lack of amenities, it’s definitely better to just look somewhere else. Read More
