Repeat Renewer

I have lived a this complex over 5 years. I've seen two different management companies, many neighbors, and lots of staff. I have renewed time and time again because I simply love my apartment.

PROS
- I love how close the complex is to Easton, and we are only 15 minutes from downtown.
- Staff is super friendly and approachable. They are down to help with any and everything (even helping me prep barn swallows before nesting season!).
- Maintenance is great and EXTREMELY timely.
- Pool, gym… and clubhouse are great
- Property and units are clean and pest free in my experience

CONS
- Normal noise you would expect from apartment living. Neighbors can be noisy. HOWEVER the complex does have quiet hours.
- Sometimes it's hard for delivery drivers to find my apartment

I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Love it here!

We have been here 6ish years at this point. Obviously we enjoy it here. The grounds are always clean, the pool is refreshing, the movie theater is fun (my son is autistic so when new releases are able to be streamed we can have a “private” showing for him without a sensory overload), the apartments are close to literally everything you can think of…. Staff is nice, no maintenance issues. Definitely worth adding to your Seriously Considering list!

Almost 2 years in

I don't know about the old management, but the staff and maintenance has been on point any maintenance requests I've had put in was fix quickly,any concerns I had was taken care of staff is very helpful and friendly I had no problems I will be renewing my lease this year the only issue I have some time when I week late is the parking other than that I have no complaints... from tenant ...M.S

Awesome experience

Kaylynn and Bobby were so easy to work with!
They were very knowledgeable and answered every question we had! They answered in a timely fashion too. In addition , since we live out of town the FaceTime apt viewing was especially helpful and a real time saver!
We looked at a number of different locations in the Columbus area BUT we found the RESERVES AT WALNUT CREEK far superior in amenities offered and at a fair price!
Based on our experience we would say WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Reserves at… Walnut Creek!

Love the property management

I have been living here for about 2+ years and have had a great experience. They care about the community amenities in maintaining them clean and also are prompt in answering questions and are super friendly and welcoming. They answer to maintenance issues and complaints also very promptly. Appreciate the property managers one site! Their work encouraged me to sign for another year.
