Safe and progressing

The complex is always trying to progress its image and space. I noticed really nice flower bushes planted and the new paint in the office area. The furniture does need updated but overall the place looks modern. Recommendations include fixing the treadmills and adding a hip abduction machine. Also the tenants are safe and well put together. I haven’t noticed any drug problems or crazy criminals. Highly recommend for the price and area.

Unsafe Apartments and Rude Staff

Pathetic management staff and mediocre service. I stayed less than year and moved out as soon as things opened up here in Columbus. One of the leasing staff (Shyla) lives on the property herself and creates unnecessary nuisance to the residents. Of all the unprofessional things I have seen, she does not even have the courtesy to offer a chair to a pregnant lady.
We lost our patio chairs and random people would get into the ground floor patio looking through the windows.

I am glad I am out of… this property. I agree with another reviewer about the exorbitant rent hikes post the 1st year.

Ok Apartment - Worst Staff and Policies/ Not the safest

I lived at this property for over 2 years but wish I moved out sooner.

This property has the most unprofessional Leasing Staff I ever came across. They are downright inconsiderate in accommodating any requests. They lack basic courtesy and work with the sole purpose of hassling the customers. Listed a few ridiculous things on quality of management
- They never return calls or voice messages
- The maintenance service is non-existent
- Lots of bikes/other items stolen off the property and the… management is least concerned about increasing security
- Outrageous lease renewal terms, including 100% increase over 1st year lease rates.!!!
- Rude staff - especially Shyla F, who acts as if she is doing a favor listening or responding to tenants queries

Think twice before moving. If you move-in, do not stay more than a year! Take advantage of the 1st year discount ...and move on. That will probably be the best thing to do.

Wanted to share an honest feedback and caution other before they go through the same ordeal..

Not secure appartemnts. Management Response is very bad

I moved to Polaris View in September. Some unknown guys Knock the door and ask for donations. On December 16th when I went out for movie. when I cam back I see my bicycle missing in patio. someone robbed by Bicycle which is in Patio 2nd floor. I noticed community manager, checking if there is any security cameras. They said they dont have any and they can't help. I was so scared of their response.

I asked in feature altleast they can have some common security cameras at few corners, so we can… know, if any robberies happen, we can track. They said they can't on face.
