The Village at Ottawa Ridge (Senior 62+)

My mom has lived there since December 2023 and I cannot say how happy and wildly satisfied we are with the apartment, her neighbors and the manager Cookie! It is absolutely an amazing place and Cookie made the adjustment for my 82 year old dear mother seemless! It is really a family unit and not just renting an apartment in a senior village. Clean, crisp and with an amazing manager in Cookie we could not be happier!

You will not find a better place - at any price. Ms. Cookie treats the residents like family. My husband and I lived there and loved the experience. We only moved to be closer to friends & family.

We lived here for about 1.5 years. We only moved away to be closer to family & friends. Ms. Cookie, the property manager, works harder than anyone I have ever known to help the tenants and protect the property. Far and away the cleanest place you will ever find.

This is a clean facility that offers privacy and comfort. The living spaces are not too big nor to small. The residents show respect toward each other. Prior to COVID-19 activities such as BINGO, line dancing, card games, bible study, music and puzzles took place on an ongoing basis. The pot lucks and birthday parties are a blast. But what makes it special is Cookie who oversees operations. She is caring and respectful to everyone. My mother considers her a true friend and real gem!

The apartments and common areas are well kept. The manager, Cookie, is available to answer questions or initiate repairs quickly if needed. The residents are friendly and helpful. I like that this is a secure building. The bulletin boards are kept up to date and easy to locate. This is an ideal place for seniors.
