How Is This Rating Determined?

Don’t live here

Whatever positive reviews or features you may see, they’re outweighed by the likelihood of having your car window busted out in the parking lot of this complex, as happened to me and at least three other residents that I know of. There was mold in our apartment on move-in day and have had issues throughout our time here. Management company is slow to respond to issues and placed charges on our account for maintenance work that did not get done. Despite constant requests to fix the lights in the... parking area and on sides of buildings, they remain off and complex is not a secure place to live.

Multiple vehicle break ins and a generally unsafe neighborhood. Not worth it.
