Wesbury Park

I have enjoyed living with wesbury park, I have been here for a couple of years and have enjoyed the upgrades they have provided. The location is wonderful and the rent is very reasonable for the area! The on site management has changed in the past year but it has just gotten better. Maintenance is super prompt and does a great job and the management is very communicative. I enjoy recommending this apartment to my peers

I recently visited this apartment based on a friend's recommendation, but my experience was disappointing. The advertised price on the app was $500 lower than what was presented to me in person. The lady I interacted with was unprofessional and unwelcoming, not giving me a chance to see the apartment. As a result, I chose to rent from another place nearby. It's important for the management to address these issues to avoid losing potential clients.

This complex and the property manager have been the most unprofessional experience of my life. They have lost our lease for the 3rd time now and instead of trying to fix it they decided to take that opportunity to try and add more fees to a new lease without our knowledge when we questioned the sitting property manager she decides to threaten us with eviction we ask to speak to someone higher than her she said she would direct us to them and in turn she placed a notice to vacate on our door. I… know this is the longest run-on sentence but my fiancé is 6 months pregnant and we now have 60 days to find suitable living because of their mistakes and unprofessionalism. If you have the option DO NOT rent from them as long as the current females property manager is there your stay will be horrible and the chances of you running issues are extremely high. The actual apartments are nice, but if you want anything done with maintenance or management you can completely forget about it. It took them two weeks to fix the A/C because it took three different people to figure out what was actually wrong with it. The office is rarely open so when you try to go during there "office hours" they always give a lame excuse about how they own other properties when they can barely manage this one. Trash has been an on going issue for weeks now and they have yet… to fix it. The pool and gym are not even located at own residence so residents are expected to pay for it when the pool and gym are at a different facility.
