Section 8 is welcome for this unit. The tenant must have all of the utilities on in their name before move-in and supply proof of renters insurance.
We have a $50 application fee for each adult 18 or older. Minimum gross monthly income of the primary applicant must be at least $2,700. Security deposit is $899. The monthly rent is $899 per month.
Our basic rental requirements are; No evictions or eviction complaints in the past 5 years, a good bill paying history, 5 years employment history, Good Credit lowest minimum credit score of 570+ is required.
