Could be better….
I love living here. My neighbors are nice and so awesome, and my building is very quiet. There are a few neighbors in the complex that have dogs, but they aren’t an issue. The apartment itself is very spacious.
My only complaint is the front desk. At times, they can be rude and unorganized. It’s been like this since moving in. I assumed because I was young that’s where the energy came from. I’ve gone out my way to be nice, speak, and participate in events. After being here a year and half.... Every interaction I’ve had with that person they have been rude and standoffish. Rules for dogs around the complex, like picking up after them outside, are not enforced as well as they could be. Emails are rarely answered, and the last time I spoke with them, I was hung up on. They seemed irritated and rushed about a problem I had emailed about a week and a half prior with no response. I was upset because I didn’t feel like they wanted to provide clarity or help resolve the issue.
