Highland Park Apartments

This was my firs apartment with my boyfriend. For the price, it’s pretty decent. The maintenance is nice, but if you have a problem, you just wanna go to the office and say you have a problem more than use the app. Otherwise, the maintenance is decently fast. The manager is nice as well. In general, if this is your first apartment, make sure you do research for things like electric and renters insurance.

I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now. I needed the glove taken off my ceiling fan so I could replace a light bulb, called maintenance , they never showed up. Needed my closet doors put back on thier tracks, maintenance again never showed up to do it. My mailbox door doesn’t close and was told ‘all I need is a wrench to fix it.’ No screen on the 1 window that opens. And they raise rent after you’ve been here a year by $50! Worst maintenance I’ve ever had.

Do yourself a favor and don't rent from this place. Furnace issues. Maintenance issues. Pest issues. Administration issues.

I Like the apartments they need more updates but overall really clean inside. practically fresh everything when you move in. Good neighbor hood and friendly people. Property manager is great. Studios and one bedrooms. Centrally located near A Mall and a Host of shopping and small attractions and restaurants and with beautiful parks in the area.

This APT complex used to have a bunch of drugies, alcoholics etc. The new apt manager is stepping the game up and making improvements and finally kicking some people out. This is the cheapest apts in Dayton.
