No problems
I've stayed here for several years. I haven't had any problems. Neighbors are all friendly, and quiet. I rent a garage from them its huge. The rent prices are reasonable.

Big floor plans
These apartments have really big apartments and good prices too. The also have a balcony with a view of the pond and garages.

Really big floorplan
Recently moved into a one bedroom apartment. The floor plan is really big, and my neighbors are all really friendly. Bonus my apartment has a patio that faces the pond. Its nice and relaxing to sit outside.

Life at Lakeshore Place Apartments has been so refreshing! It’s right in the middle of everything going on in Dayton, but once you’re home, it’s calm, quiet, and super relaxing.
