Nasty Help

The woman Joselyn whom answered the phone hung up on me lied and when I asked for corporate she hung up cursed and was totally unprofessional. If they want business they need better professionals working for them. Because dumb and stupid and old is not goung to do you any good.

I'm sorry that you were unhappy with the service you received calling Orchard at Shiloh. Joselyn has been the manager at Orchard for 14 years and has never had a complaint about cursing or treating any resident or prospect with disrespect. The only... reason a manager or leasing professional would hang up the phone on someone would be if they are being verbally abused or some kind of emergency has come up. Our manager and leasing team is certainly not dumb or stupid, but I can understand that you may be frustrated.
