Grill availability I wish the grill was available year around. I understand that the pool cover and liability but if that’s the issue make on of the grill’s accessible by by a gate. Separate entrance from the pool.

The apartments at mill23 are great! There are only 2 reasons for my 4 star rating. The parking lot fills up quickly so it was hard to park near our building. My other con was that you can definitely hear your neighbors. Some noise is to be expected of course but some residents were not respectful to the quiet hours. Management is lovely. We had an unexpected issue with our washer and they immediately gave us a vacant unit key to use the washer while the new part for ours was delivered. We only... had to use the other washer for maybe 2 days. The pool is wonderful and we put it to great use.
