I’m a new resident, and so far the community seems very nice, clean, and quiet. There are a few minor issues with the homes, but overall, everything has been good so far.

Theft - Beware

We moved in a little over a week ago, and it's clear that theft is a HUGE issue in this complex. We were stolen from literally in the first week we lived here. And now we have a whole year to go. Stay away.

PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE

PLEASE READ BEFORE LIVING HERE. My fiance and have lived here since October of 2023, shortly after moving in we submitted a laundry list of maintenance requests and in addition to the maintenance requests we were also given resurfaced countertops about a month after moving in. These countertops really helped the overall aesthetic of the unit. However, the job was not finished because they left cracked paint above all of our counters in all bathrooms and the kitchen. We reached out about a week… after the counters were resurfaced to see when the paint would be fixed, it has now been 200 days since we first reached out and the cracked paint is still there. The maintenance request has never been completed and we go to the office all of the time to report maintenance issues. When we moved in we had an issue with our door having a cracked frame, we felt that this was a very big issue because it made the apartment less safe. This issue was not swiftly resolved by the leasing company, so we had to call the city code office. Once the maintenance was completed it was done so poorly that the temperature reading underneath our door was 29° inside. Please don't waste your money on living here. It has been such a headache.
