Love it here!!

I have lived at Grafton for 3 years now and I have to say I have had minor issues but they have always need so great to take care of them. if you are looking for some were that is going to treat you like a human then this is the place for you.

Great staff, Great Location

I’ve been a resident here at Grafton for 2.5 years and although there have been new managers, the property is well maintained and the current staff and maintenance are always friendly and wanting to help! Highly recommend living here. It’s also in a great location right off Sawmill and a quick drive to OSU and downtown.

Not happy with concern management

AC not able to keep up with summer temperatures. House feels like oven. Looking forward to move out from here.

Love this place

Staff is great! never have issues with work orders! free starbucks coffee! resident events! you name it and its at Grafton.

Used to be a great place to live

We lived at Grafton park for almost 6 years with different companies who have managed it. By far the worst company currently owns this complex. We are so happy we moved when we did and no longer have to deal with the loss in amenities being nice, crime, and poor communication. We will no longer be recommending to our friends.
