Just feel like there are WAY better options out there.

This is my first time ever writing a bad review for anything. To put it simply, I hated living here and can't wait to move out. I live in a one bedroom that is bigger than my last apartment but feels much more cramped. I've lived in several different apartment complex's that just have better practices, are way more willing to work with their tenants and are more transparent.
Firstly, there were things that I expressed that I wanted in my unit that I did not get (Like a unit that is carpeted)… was not told my unit wouldn't have that. Also, my patio was the only one that is not a full patio and there was mulch right up against the fence constantly making it dirty.
No rent payment grace period and it's $75 on the 2nd. I have my rent set up on autopayment and one month is didn't go through until the second for some reason so I got charged that late fee. Then I was having troubles with their resident portal taking my payment so I tried different accounts that I double checked and made sure there was no reason they shouldn't go through, this did take a few days and I was sent an order to vacate the property on day 7 of being late on rent and a threat of eviction...
Whilst that's within their right, we have a lot of options around Columbus that are just much better.

Well, we do show the units prior to moving in? You are right we do not have carpeted units as our units are upgraded and luxury LVP. This is in all our advertising and models that are shown.

Also, all patios are the same size with the exception of… the studios which do not have patios.

Rent is due on the first, the grace period is the entire month prior to the first. You are right there are many different properties you could choose that meets your needs, and if you did not like the unit then you have free will to have not leased the unit.

If you let us know who you are then maybe we could assist with going over the lease with you.

Safe Relaxed Community

Sure the management changes every 2 months & they're being sold, but beyond all that it's a great place to live and everyone is super cool with each other. Ya, you'll have the weekend partiers that don't stop till 3 am, but it's the weekend & that's what you do on the weekend. Apart from that it's a pretty solid place to live. I would give it 5 stars, but they never refill the Propane at the pool to Grill so residents have to purchase their own propane to use the Grills.

Lack of Customer Service

Over a year of paying on time, I missed a rent payment but was never notified of any issue. No call, text, or email. Rather they chose to put a piece of paper on the door demanding vacation of premises. No discussion, no warning, no care for the loyal paying customer. I had the money but it didn’t go through but that didn’t matter to them. AVOID this place at all costs.

Poor management

Model unit is nice while touring - new AC, proper remodel, high quality. Then you get to yours in the appliances are old, AC is aged. I had a work order open for a kitchen drain backing up and garbage disposal not functioning for 6 weeks with no resolution before moving out. After move out, management charged me for a fire extinguisher that was never installed during their remodel project before I moved into the unit. Several crime alerts, car break ins, shootings, etc. throughout the 1 year I… lived here. Highly recommend finding a better, safer, option for slightly higher rent in Dublin.

Inconsistent and poor management overall

Dublin is nice but this property management is not delivering what renters are paying for. Recommending you move forward with other options.
