AWFUL!
RUN!
I am new to the area and needed an apartment.  I wish I would have kept looking.  
1. The apartment was not "ready" and had to wait an additional 4 days to move in.  I of course was accommodating so the place could have a deep clean! 
2. Once I got the keys I was disappointed at how dirty the unit was.  The carpet was supposedly cleaned, but vacuumed 2 full containers of dog hair.  I didn't say anything because I read other reviews of the same thing and management doing nothing.
3. The...	 first night I learned there was no heat in the unit.  I sent a 2 AM e-mail requesting it be looked at.   It was fixed the next day, but I was informed I should have called the emergency number that no one told me about!
4. I called the office requesting the preference for paying rent.  I shared with the Manager Jamie that I had received at least 4 different e-mails stating different methods to pay rent.   She told me to sign up with Rent Cafe.  I did as instructed and then signed up for auto-pay.
5. I signed up for auto pay and learned (3 days later)that it didn't work and was charged a $75 late fee.  The new software not working properly.  Jamie the manager said she would look into it and get back to me. I requested a refund of the last fee since this was not my fault.  Jamie said she would not commit to a refund until she looked at my auto pay confirmation e-mail. I have heard nothing from her and probably never will.  She is at best incompetent! 
6. I called Rent Cafe and they shared there is a problem with the auto pay on my account and someone from the office needs to enter a ticket.
7. I requested management enter a ticket.  Haven't heard back yet.
8. There are dog owners that do not clean up after their pets, gross.  There are rarely poop bags at the clean up stations. 
Not a great 1st month!
