Living in my apartment complex has been a great experience. One of my favorite things about living here is how comfortable and peaceful it feels. The apartments are well-maintained, and the area is clean, which makes it a nice place to come home to after a long day. I also enjoy having friendly neighbors who make the community feel welcoming. The property is well taken care of, and every staff member we have dealt with has been great. They respond to questions or repair issues quickly.

This is our third year living here. While we love the layout and neighborhood, the cost of living here continues to rise while the amenities continue to decrease. We greatly appreciate the maintenance crew but it is often a long wait to get problems addressed with just the few of them and all the apartments. Trash compactor and elevators constantly broken. 5 million places for packages to get delivered sending you on a wild goose chase trying to find which door, hallway, elevator, mailbox, or… package room it is delivered to. Difficulties working the fire pits and televisions outside. People do not pick up after their dogs in the pet spa or dog park. I have only been here a little over two weeks. Lovin it so far. People in the building that I have spoke with are really nice and helpful. The view from my balcony and s beautiful. Very pleased.
