maintenance is great, staff is responsive! i do wish we had cameras, i have had many many packages stolen to where i have them sent to close family members homes now instead. i also think our water is extremely hard here as well, hard on hair and prepare to clean all ur sinks and spigots every 3-5 days

Communication from properly management is lacking to say the least. Trash compactor has been down for months with no resolve. Trash is everywhere. Pay $15/month for trash but have to take my trash elsewhere to throw it away OR I could leave it outside of the overloaded singular compactor available for the entire community.

Just signed another lease. Love the amenities and the staff at the office. Maintenance is fantastic. I love my apartment. I really 5/5 experience with good people who live here

Love it here! Great pool and pet park! Can leave my door unlocked and everyone is super friendly. Clean grounds and excellent location to 270.

From the start, my apartment was not properly prepared for move-in and required multiple repairs and follow-ups just to reach a livable condition. Since then, ongoing maintenance issues, including a ceiling leak, have only added to the frustration.
The condition of the common areas has significantly declined. There are frequent issues with pet waste in shared spaces, including inside and around elevators, along with stained carpets and a general lack of upkeep. The trash compactor has also been... broken for over a month, creating additional inconvenience and contributing to the overall condition of the property. Promised updates to the building have not been delivered, despite residents paying amenity fees.
Overall, there appears to be a lack of consistent management, accountability, and attention to basic living standards, and it has taken away from what could otherwise be a great place to live
