Absolute bait-and-switch pricing. They raised rent by 30% in a single year? Get out of here. Won't respond to maintenance tickets, emails, anything. Pretend to not know what you're talking about in person. Laughable. How anyone lives here for more than a year is beyond me.

Condos and apartments are amazing really good looking, but the staff and customer service is awful, they never pick up the phone, tried renting there and I had to call and go to the office personally to get my paperwork instead of them calling me. Rented the apartment but every time I call about any issue or concern I recibe no answer.

I lived here for a year with a roommate and had absolutely zero complaints. The management was great and the neighborhood was so nicely kept and quiet. If it wasn’t for moving in with my fiancé I would still be living here. Best place I’ve lived and definitely recommend!

I've lived here when I moved to Ohio, it was a beautiful apartment. It's very well maintained in all seasons and the management is very friendly. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone moving to Ohio.

I checked this place out a couple of times before making a final decision to rent here. During that time they did change their special so it’s based off of when you apply. The $250 gift card is given when you apply within 48 hours. I just received $1500 off my 1 bedroom, but you must sign at least a 13 month lease. I have had a positive experience thus far and the staff is extremely kind.
