Amazing Customer Service
I've lived at Tuttles Brooke 2 years now. I'm out of state visiting family. Just got a call from management asking if they can move my bistro table & umbrella and balcony flowerboxes. Before I left, I knew they needed to powerwash, but I didn't have anyone who could move them for me and I didn't think to ask. Ellen in the office offered to have the workers move the furniture and plants and put them back! Wow! Outstanding Customer Service. I never thought to ask because I thought it was too much… to expect.
