parkville apartments
this place is terrible, when i first moved in, everything would shake even with the littlest footstep, then my mom fell through the kitchen floor, and to find out everything support beam was broken, and they didn't reimburse us for the inconvenience, never get an apartment at this place

Parkville Apartments
Very clean and inviting apartments nestled in Englewood, Ohio. Close to both shopping and a major freeway is a plus. Minutes away from 3 Dayton Area malls and nightlife. This is the perfect place to call home.

The apartments look great...the one I was showed needed the carpet replaced due to a pet from last renter, they said they would try to replace it,

This is a great little community
I liked the location. The staff was very nice to me. The staff in formed me there would be all new appliances as well.
