Great Place to Call Home
The Vineyards has been my home for 4 years. The property manager, Jennifer, is wonderful. She attends to my needs and maintenance problems promptly. I can always talk to her about anything. I haven't had to use the new maintenence guy much but he was very pleasant when he was in my home. The property looks great with all the new things going on. I am considering transferring to a new apartment after the first of the year. I adore Jennifer and am glad that the new owners have kept her. She has... definitely made my stay more pleasant. The secured entries are a wonderful addition to the property.

Happy Place to Live
Attentive staff and maintenance of building and grounds.A very pleasant living experience, well groomed in the summer and fall and well de- iced in the winter.A very good value for the price- like the changes to the property of the new management to date
