Still not fixed I submitted a request for my front door to be fixed due to a constant draft. The draft wasn’t fixed. The lock was made so tight that it was close to impossible to open. I had to submit another request to have it loosened, so i could get into my home.
The draft is not fixed. Currently, i have a blanket up to my door, and a towel at the bottom to keep the cold air out.

Nate is excellent I had the pleasure of working with Nate and he is excellent. Nate is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was upfront about everything and guided me through the next steps. Nate is a great addition to Brandywine Apartments and is extremely valuable and ethical. Give him a raise!
