Still not fixed I submitted a request for my front door to be fixed due to a constant draft. The draft wasn’t fixed. The lock was made so tight that it was close to impossible to open. I had to submit another request to have it loosened, so i could get into my home.
The draft is not fixed. Currently, i have a blanket up to my door, and a towel at the bottom to keep the cold air out.

He was upfront about everything and guided me through the next steps. Nate is a great addition to Brandywine Apartments and is extremely valuable and ethical. Give him a raise!
