Nice place to live
Pros: nice layout, fixtures; easy access to 270; nice workout area and pool
Cons: no management on site; humans don’t know how to use trash compactor so it’s very stinky; parking spots closest to apartment entrances cost $50/mo; the airplanes warming up at 6am become your daily wake up ; no clubhouse but they charge a monthly activity fee; wi-fi never worked…ever!!
Overall I still had a positive experience living there for 14 months when it originally opened in 2023.

I've been loving it so far, The location has been 10/10. If you're apartment has a issue to be resolved the staff helps you out within the day or the next super grateful to be in a place to help out me and the other residences.
