Bantry Bay Apartments

Bantry Bay is a terrible place to live. The property manager never answers the phone or returns phone calls. They charge community water and community electric charges which total nearly $50 a month (The property does not have any community utilities such as a pool, clubhouse, or even on site leasing office). In addition, you are charged a monthly pest control fee and a damage waiver fee. They have not provided any pest control in over nine months and maintenance never fixes anything. There have... been two separate instances in the last year, where our water has been shut off for 3 or more days due to water line repairs. Which still do not seem to be fixed. The company has been using my address as their on site leasing office and strangers come to my door constantly. For months, maintenance was having large packages delivered to my door and they would pick them up at 11pm with warning me. So if you have an issue, it will not be fixed and they penalize you if you choose not to renew your lease. My final complaint, which is not necessarily the fault of the property is that there has been a frequent issue of cars being broken into. My car has been broken into three times in the last year.
