I have lived here for 2 years now. The office team is absolutely amazing. The maintenance people are amazing. I haven't had any issues with them or with anyone around here. They are quick to reply and handle any issues that arise.

This place is just HORRIBLE ! i would never advise any body to rent from these people . just recently the leasing office was in my apartment snooping around , didnt even give notice they were coming in or leave notice that they were there , i just know how i leave my house && with me & my girlfriend being the only keyholder and coming home to find things werent the way we left them it only leaves them to suspect . they sent the cops to the house to have her arrested for a TRAFFIC warrant like… she was come type of REAL criminal , and they are INCREDIBLY unprofessional , there is no CENTRAL air , so what are we paying $596 a month for ? Molly stays in your business but can never answer the phones , i have to VIDEO tape myself putting the rent in the drop box because they will say they didnt get it but if you check the money order it'll say its been cashed . Only 3 cameras on the ENTIRE property but yet they have all this surveillance when you do something wrong ... its just horrbile , apartment is infested with bugs and they maintenance man is not licensed to fix anything , i will you could see my ceiling its caving in , holes in the wall from previous tenants are still visible the neighbors are weird and suspect . there is suppose to be an undercover cop in the parking lot ... havent seen him in 2 months .
