How Is This Rating Determined?

9/1/15

"It'll do little pig"

Where to start? There are goods to the apartment, yet there are many bads. 3/5 stars means livable/affordable/decent location/and space. Those would be the goods of the apartment. The bads include chemichal water(rust/chlorine)/loud neighbors/limitations that come with the landlord/and lastly the landlord. He's not all that bad but he is lazy. It takes a lot of nagging to get things taken care of. I do like the apartment; I would reccamend the apartment; Its home for the time being!
