Community culture is being assisted by an amazing property manager Months ago, when I began considering selling my home and moving to an apartment, I looked at a lot of places. When I finally made the decision a couple months ago that I was actually going to sell my home and moved from the apartment I didn't have to think I knew exactly where I wanted to live. Bettina makes absolutely everything about redwood so welcoming. I visited one other Grove City apartment complex that my realtor and my... brother wanted me to. I knew the moment I walked into their office area that it was not for me. It was like walking into a used car lot because all they wanted to do was sell a thing, that thing being an apartment. Everything was so good Our apartment was beautiful, maintenance was amazing, and the staff was always helpful.

Nice Redwood neighbors was very nice. Inside the homes was amazing! I wish the neighborhood itself had more of a community feel- as in more trees, flowers. It felt a little blank and dead.

Self Guided tour review My finance and I did the self guided tour and were blown away! Drinks and snacks available plus a beautiful apartment! Were hoping to make one of those our home!

Apartment is very nice and clean. Furniture is brand new . We love it!
