Elk Run Villas

Very happy with the entire process of getting an apartment here. Lisa was extremely helpful and clear on all matters and expectations. The apartment was clean and ready and although we found a few items that needed attention they were corrected very quickly. We were also informed of community associations that we are eligible to partake in.

I spent a year at Elk Run and I have to say it was a great experience. The apartments are clean, well maintained, and pretty sound proof between the units. There's also plenty of parking, bright street lamps for night walks, and a quiet neighborhood. And the landlord was amazing for once! I've lived several places with neglectful or lazy staff, but Elk Run was ontop of things. When we moved in our dishwasher stopped working. She had us a new dishwasher by the end of the weekend. Our dryer… stopped working halfway through the year, by the end of the week we had a new one of those too Wether its, a leaky toilet, or a broken appliance our landlord was always ready to help. I've never experienced staff that seemed to care this much about its tenants comfort. I highly recommend living here, and exploring the area of three creeks. The nearby parks are handy for walking, and there's a big library just up the road. Had I not bought a house I'd probably still be living here. Thank you for all of your hard work Lisa! Read More

I've lived in Elk Run Villas apartment complex over 2 years now. The best part about is that it is quiet. Residing next to a nice park, trails and a creek, it's the perfect place for nature lovers. 10 min from shopping and about 30 min from city life. I enjoy the sunset view from my doorstep every evening!
