Superior Customer Service
Avery Pointe Apartments has been a fantastic place to call home. The office staff goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. They’re approachable, kind, and always on top of things. I’ve especially appreciated the maintenance crew—they are dependable and quick to respond whenever an issue comes up.

Amazing place to live
I have lived here 4 years and I can't compliment AP enough. Quiet neighborhood, most affordable rent in Columbus right now for a high quality apartment, and THE best management/maintenance I could ever hope for. If you are considering living at Avery Pointe in your search, I would strongly recommend it. I feel so lucky I found this place and am so disappointed I am moving this summer!

Exceptional Property & Management
I have been a resident with Crawford Hoying properties for over 6 years; and at this property for over a year and a half. First, this property is newer, built in the last 3-5 years. There are places that have been built after this community that aren't nearly as nice as Avery Pointe. The location is fantastic! Close to downtown Hilliard, Dublin, 270, Riverside Dr, Hilliard-Rome Rd,etc. It is a very quite neighborhood! I have lived in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath flat unit and loved it, and currently live... in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town-home. The rent prices are very competitive with the surrounding area! The staff in the office are kind and knowledgeable. There have been very few instances that I have needed maintenance, but when I have, they are very quick to fix issues! Being someone who enjoys the flexibility of renting, usually you have to concede on finishes or exterior amenities in order to get a good deal. I don't feel that I have had to concede on anything. The property is kept very clean, there aren't overflowing dumpsters around the property. I would highly recommend living in this community, I have resigned a lease recently and am very happy I did!
