How you are doing. I used to love everyone in that office except now Lydia‘s not there. I don’t even know why she was the sweetest thing. I know Krista left. Lamar is leaving which is a great maintenance man. I always request him and there’s a reason why I do not like the gentleman that’s in there. He is rude condescending. He feels privileged and entitled to talk to people however he wants to. I do not like this man when I see him I walk out the door. I do not want any service. I will wait till… somebody else comes. How are you doing right now you’re doing for me terrible and I have to renew my lease due to. I could not find a house on time but I’m on it and I will be leaving hopefully next year do you want my opinion I gave it to you thank you. Other than that. I love my apartment.

Maintenance issues Basic issues such as replacing dirty air filters…exterminating PMs …screen doors on patio replaced multiple times due to poor locking mechanisms and off track…it’s been almost 2 years and potholes still haven’t been filled…too many excuses

Maintenance I had to have a couple repairs one was the kitchen faucet and the other was my air bothe repaired were completed pretty fast only 2 days to complete but not because of maintenance sink needed ordered and air needed the repair both repairs are satisfactory for me I never have a problem with maintenance the maintenance employee was very curtious told me everything and how the repairs would be done……..
